Terms and Conditions

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable to all apps and services developed and published by Farhan Ali Khan (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the developer”). These terms govern your use of our applications, games, and digital services (collectively, the “Products”). By using or installing any of our Products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Products. Your continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of all the conditions outlined below.

1. Agreement Overview

By downloading, accessing, or using our Products, you accept this Agreement and affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or another entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use after such updates means you accept the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, on a device you own or control.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  • Modify, distribute, or resell the app or any part of its content.

  • Use our apps in connection with any unlawful or malicious activity.

  • Circumvent any restrictions or protections in place.

Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your right to use the app.

3. User Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided (e.g., via feedback or support requests). Any personal data you provide will be used strictly for that purpose and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Our apps may collect non-personal information (such as device type, usage data, and advertising identifiers) to improve performance, enable analytics, or provide relevant advertising. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Advertising and Analytics

Some of our Products may display ads from third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network). These networks may use cookies or advertising IDs to provide personalized content, subject to user consent where legally required (such as in the EU/EEA).

If you make in-app purchases to remove ads, ad-related data collection may be reduced or disabled.

5. Internet Permissions

  • Showing advertisements.

  • Submitting crash logs or analytics.

  • Enabling user features (e.g., sharing or cloud storage).

6. In-App Purchases

Some features or content may require one-time or subscription-based in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to its policies. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

7. Content Creation and Sharing

For AI-powered apps like video or image generation tools, you retain rights to your created content. However, you are solely responsible for the content generated using our app and agree not to create or distribute offensive, illegal, or copyrighted materials without proper permission.

We may disable features or restrict usage if content guidelines are violated.

8. Age Restrictions

Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. If we become aware of such data being collected, we will delete it promptly. Parents may contact us to request removal.

9. Data Disclosure and Legal Requests

We may disclose user data:

  • If required by law or government authorities.

  • To investigate suspected fraud or abuse.

  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of users or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided “as is” and without warranty. We do not guarantee that features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of our Products.

11. Changes to Terms and Services

We may update or change features, suspend services, or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting within the app or associated website. Continued use constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
